3. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery
- Free Delivery in Dubai: Orders above AED 120 qualify for free delivery within Dubai.
- Free Delivery to Other Emirates: Orders above AED 150 qualify for free delivery across other Emirates.
- For orders below the free delivery threshold, a shipping fee will be applied based on the location and order weight.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly stated before finalizing the purchase.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
- If the order is not received after multiple delivery attempts, it may be returned to us, and a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed.
5. Delayed Deliveries
- While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service issues, or peak holiday seasons.
